JIS is an international primary school utlising the international Baccaleureate (I.B.) Primary Years Programme for students of a very international clientele. The school teaches in English but allows students to study Mandarin or Japanese as an additional language. The school is located in a modern campus close to the Tai Po Kau country park. As a community based school, there is open communication between the school and all aspects of its community. The school is an active, dynamic community designed to offer its students the very best educational opportunities available.
