School Registration

All schools in Hong Kong must be registered under the Education Ordinance (Chapter 279 of the Laws of Hong Kong). The registration process of a school usually takes a few months. School operators should kick-start the application process early. The actual time needed for registration of a school varies on a case by case basis. A Certificate of Provisional Registration of A School would normally be issued within 10 working days when all required information and documents are received and found in order.
