                                 Korean International School’s International Section provides quality English language education to children of all nationalities.
 
Curriculum:
The International Section of Korean International School follows the National Curriculum of England and Wales and is authorised by Cambridge International Examinations (CIE).  The Foundation Stage in Reception, the Cambridge International Primary Programme from Year 1 to Year 6, the Cambridge Lower Secondary Programme in Years 7 to 9, the Cambridge IGCSE in Year 10 and 11, and the Cambridge Advanced Level in Year 12 and 13.

The English Language Support Programme also follows the CIE programmes of study with students sitting external exams offered at the British Council.  Mandarin is offered at all year levels. A complete curriculum description is available through the school website.

Features: Online access to homework; lesson plans and grades; a wide variety of Extra-curricular activities (ECA); after-school English Language Support classes; after-school Mandarin classes.

Facilities:  Library, Music room, Art room, two Science laboratories, two computer rooms, and classrooms with digital projectors, SMART Boards and amplifier systems; a school cafeteria, gym/auditorium, swimming pool, tennis court and three large playing areas.

The Springboard Programme provides specialised education for students aged 5 -16 with mild to moderate learning disabilities. The aim of the programme is to provide students with individualised programmes, developing academic, social and independent skills within a mainstream school setting. The academic programme is based on the school curriculum.

The Korean International School recognises and rewards academic merit within the International Section. Scholarships are available to secondary students, Year 8 to Year 13.
